## Description

We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Swiggy Dineout team.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and building relationships with 70-80 partner accounts in your assigned territory to grow the Dine-out business and service offerings.

Your primary objectives will be to:

- Onboard new accounts by explaining requirements to partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders

- Meet existing partners periodically to ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page content and high image coverage

- Make persuasive presentations on the benefits of Dine Out plans and promotions for month-on-month growth

- Execute growth-focused activities such as offer alignments and marketing operations alignments

- Resolve issues like diner denied payout and ensure seamless transactions

- Prepare growth plans for each account and gather competitor action insights

You will also be responsible for data interpretation and business performance management, including filtering relevant data from the Restaurant-facing dashboard and explaining key performance metrics to partners.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a graduate with 1.5-3 years of field sales experience, fluency in the local language, and working knowledge of English.
