## Description

We are seeking a People & Development Trainee to join our team at Soho House Berlin, a private members' club and hotel in the heart of the capital. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our People & Development team with various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Administration of job applications and organization of interviews

- Contact person for employees and processing requests

- Supporting the implementation and compliance with company processes and standards

- Maintenance of employee databases

- Planning and organizing employee events and trainings, creating posters, and maintaining internal communication platforms

- Support on ad hoc projects assigned by the People & Development Manager
