As a Market Manager at Capital One, you will be responsible for leading a team of Branch Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your leadership style will be defined by your ability to include, empower, and inspire your team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Cultivating an exceptional guest experience, focusing on human connection and quality interactions

- Leading through behavioural coaching, creating a supportive and high-energy environment

- Bringing the Capital One brand to life, maintaining a pristine environment and serving as an authentic advocate for the company's values

- Driving operational excellence, managing talent and resources effectively

- Empowering de-escalation and resourceful problem-solving, building a team with critical thinking skills

- Embracing digital innovation, simplifying complex processes and removing administrative burdens

- Driving purposeful community impact, championing volunteerism and guiding team participation in community initiatives

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

- At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

- At least 1 year of People Management experience or 1 year of Supervisory experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience

- 2+ years of People Management experience

Salary range: $112,100 - $126,000 per year
