## Description

We're looking for an In-house Sales Support in B2C Sales to join our team at Vattenfall Next Energy GmbH on a full-time basis until 31 October 2028. You'll work from our Berlin office, supporting all sales channels - from field sales to online sales and partners.

Your Role You'll start in sales support and learn our business from scratch. As we grow rapidly, this role will evolve continuously. You'll take on responsibilities quickly, support cross-functional projects, and help establish new processes and standards for our growth.

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales processes and assist the team with daily organisation and coordination

- Manage incoming orders through various sales channels, ensuring accurate and complete recording

- Offer operational project support and track ongoing projects

- Collaborate closely with sales, process and product management, and reporting teams

- Analyse sales data, identify optimisation opportunities, and support the development of sales processes and KPIs

- Assist in creating presentations, sales meetings, and documentation

Requirements

- Completed vocational training or bachelor's degree

- Structured, meticulous, and reliable work style with excellent organisational skills

- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office, with quick learning abilities for new tools

- Strong communication, service-oriented, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

- Experience in project management, assistance, or office management

- B2C sales experience

- Familiarity with CRM systems

- Knowledge of heat pumps (HP) and photovoltaics (PV)
