## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Portfolio Delivery Manager.

In this role, you will:

- Own the automation & insights backlog end-to-end, ensuring clear outcomes, traceability, and value delivery.

- Embed strong agile ways of working so the insights team delivers at pace, at scale, and with consistent quality.

- Prioritise work with a commercial lens to maximise ROI from automation and insight initiatives.

- Improve time-to-market for executive reporting while standardising outputs and raising quality benchmarks.

- Identify problems and opportunities through a data-driven approach, recommending viable solution options.

- Blend quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce evidence-based insights that enable proactive portfolio decisions.

- Validate hypotheses through regression/testing to increase confidence and probability of success.

- Build trusted partnerships and feedback loops across stakeholders, strengthening influence, storytelling in corporate context, and an insight-led culture.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Ability to drive strategic priorities within delivery journeys to deliver tangible business outcomes.

- Ability to analyse wide range of internal & external data & navigate through uncertainties with a purpose driven mind-set.

- Biased towards customer service and business outcomes.

- Curiosity to look beyond obvious and think strategically.

- Able to communicate the key findings and insight to senior stakeholders and peers both conversationally and in formal presentation style.

- Experience on data analytics / modelling / statistical techniques.

- Strong networking skills to capture softer insights beyond data.

- Self-starter and self-organized who can operate with minimal supervision and deliver timely results.
