## Description

We are seeking an Accounting Associate Intern to support the provision of accounting services to business units. As an intern, you will work under supervision to perform various tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Input data accurately and within deadlines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Contact employees to request missing information and update invalid data issues.

- File appropriate documents.

- Provide assistance to other team members as required.

- Check that appropriate approvals are obtained for accounting purposes.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Knowledge of Peoplesoft Finance modules is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

- Attention to detail.

- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

- Ability to work within instructions.

- Ability to work within deadlines.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Additional Requirements for Bulgarian Students:**

- Currently enrolled in a university in Bulgaria (senior years).

- Valid residence/work permit.

- Maximum 80 hours per month.

- Remuneration: 800 BGN Gross per Month.

- Office-based position, requiring physical presence for work with printed documents, archiving, and other clerical work.
