Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ## Responsibilities and Duties

You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA, collect data and submit session notes, collaborate with peers and supervisors, participate in staff meetings and trainings, commute to locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and perform other assigned duties.

## Qualifications and Skills

Requirements include experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, effective English communication, verbal and written, ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families, a valid state identification card, reliable transportation, and passing a criminal background check.

## Schedule

Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

## Travel Requirement

Up to 25% travel.

## License/Certification

RBT Certification is required.
