## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Quality Designer to join the EA Sports FC Companion App Quality Verification team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will lead the strategic quality practices for the mobile and web companion app, ensuring the best experience for players.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end quality strategy for mobile and web

- Collaborate to create solutions to quality problems using an experimental mindset

- Analyse and compile data points to build strategies to improve overall player experience

- Mentor others and assist with growing their knowledge

- Promote a 'Player First' approach and advocate for the player in everything

- Partner with senior members of development, production, and design teams to develop a quality player experience

Requirements:

- Experience leading mobile game play testing

- Experience playing FC, including the Companion App

- 5+ years of applicable experience

- Foundation in machine learning/AI concepts and evaluation

- Experience with bug prevention and containment strategies

- Experience working within a continuous delivery model

- Experience working with React Native a plus
