As a Manager in Business Analysis within our UK Card division, you will bring strategic and quantitative insight to address high-impact enterprise challenges.

You will shape business strategies that deliver sustainable growth, customer value, and commercial success in a changing market and regulatory landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic Leadership: Shape business strategies that deliver sustainable growth, customer value, and commercial success

- Analytical & Credit Strategy: Deliver product-level modelling and analytics, enhancing credit performance

- Product Strategy: Design customer-centric lending products and implement effective pricing strategies

- Execution & Delivery: Sequence business intent, translate strategy into actionable technical and business requirements

- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and Risk teams

- Marketing & Insights: Translate customer insights into clear go-to-market strategies

- Mentorship & Leadership Trajectory: Drive immediate impact as a senior individual contributor while mentoring peers

The skills and experience you need:

- Professional Experience: Experience in management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative strategy/analytics role

- Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong quantitative orientation with a proven ability to pair conceptual thinking with analytical rigour

- Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Inclusive Leadership: Experience leading projects end-to-end, guiding cross-functional partners

Nice to Have:

- Technical Aptitude: Experience with SQL or Python is a plus

- Educational Background: A degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline
