## Description

A Subject Matter Expert/Agile Dev Team Member who provides expertise in requirements gathering, analysing, and designing Customer Personal Lines Insurance Applications. The role involves recognising customers' business processes and products to enhance application functionality. The expert validates technical designs to meet business needs and performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system. Quality checks are performed on project deliverables to ensure business requirements are met, and systems are validated to be architecturally sound with adequate code component quality. Effort and cost estimates are made for new functionalities, and integration and testing criteria are recommended. The role also involves assisting in implementation and troubleshooting system issues.
