## Description

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to lead our team in Monterrey, Mexico.

As a Regional On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for driving the On Premise volume and development of the Red Bull brand in your assigned region. You will lead a team of Musketeers, manage resources, and optimize business plans to achieve objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Live and promote the Red Bull On Premise culture

- Communicate effectively with Musketeers, National On Premise Manager, and other stakeholders

- Activate events and ensure high-quality execution

- Manage and develop your area, including route planning and outlet coverage

- Build relationships with key On Premise partners

- Develop and implement regional On Premise marketing strategies

- Train, coach, and motivate your team

- Seek out new opportunities and secure existing ones

- Manage budgets and fulfill reporting requirements

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar

- 3-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success

- 2-3 years of management experience in the On Premise beverage industry

- Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills

- Fluency in English

- Driver's license

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
