## Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will support a Senior Sales Executive and be responsible for day-to-day interactions with prospective customers in the healthcare industry.

You will be part of a growing sales team and work directly with the Sales Team, Director of Sales Operations, Product Team, Marketing, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing strong content knowledge of the healthcare industry

- Researching potential prospects

- Creating a strategic outreach plan with the Vice President of Sales

- Cold calling and emailing to schedule meetings and conference calls

- Identifying and targeting prospective ED Medical Directors, CMOs, and other healthcare executives

- Communicating with prospective customers using creative outreach methods

- Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals

- Preparing background material and market research for sales meetings

- Managing post-sales meeting follow-up

- Maintaining an internal database to track key performance metrics

- Owning calendaring, logistics, and administrative responsibilities for the sales process

This is a 6-month contract role with a potential to extend, paid at $29-$31 CAD per hour.

### Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Sales or fundraising experience
- Strong communication skills
