## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Bolton Middlebrook location. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace to meet strong customer demand

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products to customers

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

The work pattern for this role is:

- Friday 14:30 - 21:00

- Saturday 13:30 - 20:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
