## Description

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Specialist will ensure that the project's communication and visibility policy is respected, and that financial procedures and logistical processes are followed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure compliance with the donor's communication and visibility policy

- Monitor and report on project activities and results

- Analyse data and provide recommendations for programme improvement

- Develop and implement feedback and complaint mechanisms for clients

- Collaborate with programme teams to integrate MEAL into project activities

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Statistics, Public Health, Demography or related field

- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in MEAL or similar field

- Technical knowledge of MEAL approaches and techniques, including data collection, analysis, and reporting

- Experience with data quality assessment (DQA) and GBVIMS, DHIS2

- Familiarity with mobile data collection software such as Kobo, CommCare, ODK Collect

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
