## Description

We are seeking a researcher to join our team, focusing on the US managed care industry, particularly health insurance plans. You will conduct research and maintain our IQVIA database under direct supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Research and document profiled data on the US Managed Care industry

- Bridge Medical Claims with IQVIA Payer universe

- Meet daily production targets and adhere to quality processes

- Ensure requirements from counterparts are met and respond to client queries promptly

- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and process documentation

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Allied Courses, Business Administration, or Information Technology related fields

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

**Advantages:**

- Knowledge and experience in health insurance

- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management accounts

- Call center experience

- Willingness to work night shifts in Ortigas area
