## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Teeside Park, the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Being digitally confident and using our tools to take and fulfil orders fast

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues

- Working efficiently and effectively under pressure

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly and working where needed with pace

The work pattern for this role is:

- Sunday: 13:00 - 17:00

- Thursday: 13:00 - 17:00

- Friday: 13:00 - 17:00

- Saturday: 13:00 - 17:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
