## Description

We are looking for a Global Support Executive to join our Operations team in Kuala Lumpur.

As a Global Support Executive, you will be responsible for processing, data accuracy, quality, supporting operations, and training.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring daily processing and quality control

- Supporting procedure reviews

- Generating management information (MI)

- Demonstrating effective core behaviors and values, including teamwork, focus, drive, and determination

- Communicating effectively with peers and line managers

- Multitasking with attention to detail

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong presentation and communication skills in English

- Analytical skills with high attention to detail

- Planning and organisational skills with ability to prioritise competing demands

- Ability to execute and deliver change in an operational context

- Solution-oriented with high energy characteristics

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build global and regional relationships

- Ability to work in a high-pressure, productivity-based environment with critical deadlines

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate processing and quality control

Additional skills that would be beneficial:

- Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline

- Exposure to various processing skills

- Experience in analysing and interpreting large volumes of data/MI
