## Description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Professional to join our team. As a Senior Financial Reporting Professional, you will prepare and distribute periodic financial statements for users outside the organization. Your work will involve moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing and distributing financial statements

- Data consolidation, preparation, reconciliation, and submission of reporting

- Assisting with data analysis for internal and external needs

- Ensuring reports and disclosures comply with government regulations, professional standards, and organization policies

- Making decisions on technical approaches for project components

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of experience working with large datasets, querying, or consolidation of results for reporting

- Experience with SQL or querying tools

- Moderate experience with Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- 2+ years of experience with financial reporting and/or data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous health insurance industry experience working in Finance/Accounting

- Previous experience with data warehouse tables and data flows

This is a hybrid role based in Louisville, KY, requiring two days per week in the office at the Waterside Building. You will report to a Financial Reporting Lead and be an individual contributor.

The compensation range for this role is $86,300 - $118,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
