## Description

We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team at Soho House Istanbul.

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of our club, ensuring that all IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support to members, guests, and clients with IT issues and needs

- Manage and monitor in-house equipment and usage

- Maintain safety standards and identify safety needs and hazards of the department

- Manage email accounts for new hires and terminations, as well as manage security rights on email distribution groups and shared drives

- Evaluate and maintain hardware and software, including vendor contracts

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure basic knowledge and troubleshooting

**Requirements:**

- Professional education in computer science or related degree preferred

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role

- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office

- Very good English language skills

- Technical competence to address company's computer, internet, software, and network security needs

- Ability to understand electronic, repair, and installation of AV equipment and the House setup
