Design Your Future at PVH as an Assistant Manager, 3rd Party Marketplace.

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop, grow and manage the Online 3rd party marketplaces & wholesale businesses in the Asia region, focusing on Hong Kong+ markets (HK, SG, MY, TW).

**Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**

- Own and assist in the operations and management of the 3rd party marketplace and the Wholesale business for marketplaces for both Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger

- Drive sales for 3rd party marketplaces & online wholesale business

- Facilitate execution of marketplace strategies to increase brand visibility and sales on individual platforms

- Review performance of marketplace channels to optimize category performance

- Facilitate and drive E-commerce system integration between internal and marketplace platforms

- Manage marketing daily operations of marketplace stores, including product listing, pricing, promotions, advertising, and order processing

- Ensure ample inventory in warehouse and allocate between platforms

- Assist in handling online wholesale operations, accounting matters, and profit and loss margin analysis

- Execute wholesale orders in internal systems

**Business Analysis:**

- Monitor and report on performance of all Online 3rd party and marketplaces channels

- Assist in business reviews and analysis, performance measurement

**Internal & External Contacts:**

- Internal: Planning & Allocations teams, merchandising teams, eComm team, key account leaders, head of distribution

- External: Vendors, 3rd party platforms operation and marketing teams, Buying teams

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- 3-5 years' experience in online sales business development, inventory management, and 3rd party marketplaces business

- Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, Marketing or Business relevant disciplines

- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

**Skills:**

- E-business operation, digital merchandising, website project management experience in retail/FMCG industry

- Proficient MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and other business analytical tools

- Solid experience of overseas marketplace platforms, such as HKTV Mall, Lazada, Zalora, Momo, Shoppe

- Excellent in vendor management and project management skills

- Strong analytical, planning and time management skills
