We're seeking a detail-oriented, commercially focused CRM Manager with a strong background in CRM Marketing for our Credit team in Hyderabad, India.

The Credit CRM team drives engagement, retention, and long-term value using data, creativity, and technology.

## Responsibilities

As CRM Manager – Tide Credit, you will:

- Expand, drive, and optimise CRM communications programmes

- Lead CRM strategy planning and execution for Tide credit products

- Analyse campaigns and report on trends and recommendations

- Implement targeted strategies to maximise member product adoption and lifetime value

- Develop and execute test and learn plans, A/B tests, and optimisation strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with company-wide goals

## Requirements

- 3+ years of expertise in end-to-end CRM/retention marketing management

- Proven track record of developing and delivering CRM programmes

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign

- Experience with BI tools, e.g., Looker, Quantum Metrics

- Solid communication and reporting skills
