## Description

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Pullman Kuching, a modern hotel located in the heart of Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

As a F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the assigned outlet, supervising the team and ensuring consistent food and beverage service standards and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet

- Lead and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team

- Ensure proper preparation and set-up of the outlet before service

- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards

- Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally

- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments during operations

- Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment

- Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge and hotel procedures

- Monitor stock levels, wastage and breakages within the outlet

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times

- Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving outlet revenue and cost-control targets

- Ensure compliance with hotel and Accor standards, policies and procedures

- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Management

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations

- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service and team leadership skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges

- Positive, responsible and hands-on attitude

- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

- Open to Malaysian candidates only; preferably local Sarawakian
