## Description

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager Architect to join our Support Services team as a remote employee. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) Architect, you will work closely with strategic and enterprise users, customers, and prospects in Japan to provide consulting support, escalation insights, and supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with ClickHouse sales to identify strategic and enterprise ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects

- Provide guidance and support on architecture, technology, and migration

- Lead projects, escalations, and meetings to ensure customer success

- Handle L3 support cases and escalations, working closely with support teams

- Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and reference architectures

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, professional services, senior support, and/or project management

- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in implementing, operating, and supporting scalable and fault-tolerant distributed database management systems

- Extensive technical knowledge in DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, and big data

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
