## Description

We are seeking an Investigator/Site Payment Process Manager to oversee the end-to-end investigator/site payment processes, including payment calculations, purchase order creation and management, and clinical trial payments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to sites and investigators

- Liaise with colleagues within Contract & Centralized Services, other GCO teams, and sites to resolve payment-related issues

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing payment-related inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner

- Develop and maintain knowledge of payment processes, providing training and support to business partners as needed

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

- Analyze and resolve complex payment issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Fluency in one of the following languages: Czech, Swedish, German, Turkish, Hungarian, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese

- 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research, preferably in payment processing

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office suite
