## Description

As a Documentation Control Specialist at xAI, you will manage and maintain the integrity of all technical documentation across data center construction, engineering, and operations projects. This involves implementing and overseeing document control processes that ensure accuracy, traceability, version control, and compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities include establishing, maintaining, and improving document control systems and procedures, managing document lifecycles, ensuring proper version control, and maintaining audit-ready records. You will also support the transition and integration of documents into digital systems, collaborate with CAD Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers to streamline documentation workflows, conduct regular audits to verify compliance with document control standards, train team members on documentation processes and best practices, and generate reports and metrics on document status and workflow efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in Document Control, preferably in construction, data centers, manufacturing, or engineering environments. You should have strong knowledge of document management systems and best practices, excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and common document control platforms.
