## Description

This role is for the Payments Intelligence team, within the Emerging Payments line of business at Capital One. The Payments Intelligence team builds at-scale data products (APIs, datasets) using a variety of cloud technologies and ML capabilities to power digital experiences and analytics across Capital One that need customer spend data.

As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will lead products within our platform that are responsible for the organization, enhancement and management of spend data, focused on maintaining high resilience, performance, and data quality.

**Responsibilities:**

- Leverage strong analytical skills to manage and develop data products while executing a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate across teams to define data-driven strategies, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions on time.

- Monitor product performance using key metrics, driving continuous improvement and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

**OR**

- Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

**Salary Information:** The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
