## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives

- Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care coordination

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with patients with various diagnoses and conditions

- Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
