As a Senior AIOps Engineer at Razer, you will play a critical role in implementing the transformation of IT operations through the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data analytics, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, data analytics, and RPA, with experience in architecting and deploying cutting-edge automated solutions. You will be responsible for:

Architecting and implementing AI/ML algorithms to boost IT operational efficiency and resilience Developing scalable AI platforms for predictive analytics and proactive system optimization Deploying machine learning models for automated incident resolution and operational intelligence Building advanced data analytics systems to extract actionable insights from big data Creating interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring of key operational metrics and trend analysis Formulating data strategies to maximize value and drive continuous IT improvement Identifying and implementing RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, data analytics, and RPA for enhanced IT operations
