## Description

The Integration Consultant Associate is an entry-level position designed for individuals to quickly grow their skillset and expertise in the integration domain through support and mentorship from senior colleagues.

In this role, you will assist in the implementation and configuration of e-document solutions, troubleshoot and identify issues and possible solutions, and develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes.

As you progress, you will take on more complex tasks and responsibilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, providing training and support to customers and colleagues, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyze and set up customer-specific integration solutions

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic integration-related issues

- Prepare, maintain, and update documentation for integration processes and solutions

- Perform testing of customer formats and integration solutions

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver and maintain integration solutions

- Participate in training and development activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)

- 1-4 years of experience in a related field

- Strong technical interest and willingness to learn

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to read and write XSLT, XML, Groovy, or similar languages

- Familiarity with EDI (e-invoice/order) and basic knowledge of communication protocols (SFTP, HTTPS, API, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills in English
