## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, including new releases

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues during busy periods

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various store areas as needed

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule:**

- Monday: 18:00 - 22:00

- Friday: 18:00 - 22:00

- Saturday: 18:00 - 22:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
