## Description

We are seeking an Auto Damage Appraiser (Image Desk Appraiser) at our Calgary Office.

**What you'll do**

- Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates in line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines.

- Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines.

- Complete total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.

- Complete remote appraisals.

- Be a team player, and a thought leader in problem-solving, leading by example, and ensuring the end customer experience is a key objective.

**What you'll bring**

- Auto estimating experience (3-5 years minimum), multi-provincial experience an asset.

- Strong experience and knowledge of motor vehicle repairs, and prior estimating experience.

- Familiarity with industry-standard estimating systems.

- Good technical aptitude with databases/systems.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Excellent PC skills.

- Genuine curiosity and inquisitive mindset constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues.

- Ability to work to and positively contribute to our organisational culture and values.
