## Description

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team in São Paulo. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our logistics operations.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing budget and forecasting for logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and related costs

- Monitoring and analysing costs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions

- Standardising processes and implementing automation to increase efficiency and strengthen controls

- Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations

- Validating freight invoices and ensuring contract compliance

- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and developing business cases

- Providing technical inputs for logistics service contracts and negotiations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields

- Relevant experience in logistics costs, operations control, financial planning, or supply chain management

- Experience with transportation and/or warehousing, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

- Advanced Excel skills and ability to model and analyse data

- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and familiarity with TMS and WMS

- Advanced English language skills for global team interactions
