## Description

As a member of the ShipBob Team, you will grow with an Ownership Mindset, collaborate with peers and leaders, and experience a high-performance culture.

The role involves working in one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other functions as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Work together as a team to provide an excellent customer experience

- Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and securely

- Follow standard operating procedures and report any product concerns

- Support traceability with accurate records and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends

- Lift up to 50 pounds without restriction

- Stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hours

- Bend, reach, and push/pull frequently

- Adapt quickly to changes and be detail-oriented

- No prior warehouse experience required; 7-day training program provided
