## Description

As a Stock Manager at NEXT's Bangor Bloomfield store, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your experience in providing leadership, coaching, and motivation will be essential to your success. You will support the store management team, manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes, and ensure customers receive excellent online experiences and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Support the store management team and communicate effectively with the Store Manager

- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met

- Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to be at their best

- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team

- Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
