## Description

We're seeking a highly experienced FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV - Selenium/Playwright to join our team. As a key member of our agile development team, you will be responsible for hands-on experience in manual, performance and automation testing of customer-facing web applications and mobile apps. You will have deep knowledge of manual testing, automated testing, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise in building, executing and maintaining Web Automation framework (Selenium, Playwright) and native IOS/Android mobile app Automation (XCUITest and Espresso) will be crucial in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in manual, performance and automation testing of customer-facing web applications and mobile apps

- Deep knowledge of manual testing, automated testing, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines

- Highly experienced in building, executing and maintaining Web Automation framework (Selenium, Playwright) and native IOS/Android mobile app Automation (XCUITest and Espresso)

- Expert-level ability to test RESTful APIs and validate complex data dependencies in back-end insurance systems

- Insurance Domain Expertise Preferred but not required

- Must understand ADA WCAG 2.1 compliance

- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to integrate tests into the development pipeline

*Analyzing complex systems and test data to identify bottlenecks and improve software quality *Acting as a bridge between developers, project managers, and stakeholders to report progress, communicate risks, and deliver constructive feedback *Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements *Designing comprehensive test plans, defining testing scope, risk analysis, and identifying necessary resources *Interpret application requirements, perform exploratory testing and analyze test results *Understanding of Agile methodologies *Define testing strategies, ensure, and manage team performance

*Advanced knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, XCUITest, Espresso, and REST API *Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration tools *Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and testing strategies *Excellent communication and collaboration skills *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
