Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, thriving under pressure, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

**Hours of Work:**

- Sunday: 15:30-22:00

- Monday: 16:30-23:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- This job role involves working through the night, so applicants must be over 18 years old.
