## Description

Under guidance, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the IQVIA database.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of additions and modifications to the common master file from internal and external sources

- Resolving assigned file code database exceptions through setup and/or maintenance within the file

- Verifying that all maintenance performed conforms to rules and protocols

- Making daily verification of maintenance performed and applying corrections as needed

- Making independent decisions and ensuring they follow protocols

- Visually monitoring data for trends in monthly and quarterly client information

- Maintaining documentation of quality control procedures

You will need:

- Bachelor's Degree with two years of relevant work experience

- Or High School Diploma or equivalent with four years of work experience in IQVIA database operations

- Experience using mainframe tools such as JCL, SAS, and IQVIAPACT

- Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and diagnosis trends

- Ability to identify and eliminate repetitive problems and standardize processes
