## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Game Designer to join the EA SPORTS FC Mobile team in Shanghai. As a Game Designer, you will report to an Associate Game Design Director and collaborate with a passionate team on one of the world's premier football game projects.

You will design and develop new game features and optimize the user experience. Additionally, you will find support for balancing work and personal life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan and design game systems, and manage requirements.

- Coordinate with engineers, artists, and QA testers during development.

- Utilize data analysis and user feedback to propose game improvements and optimizations.

- Draft comprehensive game design documents using office software.

**Requirements:**

- 3-8 years of game design experience in the Chinese gaming industry.

- Experience in launching and operating at least one mobile game.

- Creative, analytical, and team-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with systems, mechanics, narrative, level, and scripting design.

- Over 1 year of interest and understanding in football games and competitions.

- Basic spoken English communication and proficient in written English expression.
