## Description

We currently have an opening for a Project Engineering Manager to join our team in Yerevan, Armenia.

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading planning, execution, and release of IPs while facilitating communication between cross-functional teams across various disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving release planning and scheduling for multiple products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Proactively identifying challenge areas and risks, engaging executives as needed to resolve potential issues.

- Escalating issues and roadblocks with appropriate detail and prioritization to keep programs on track.

- Resolving problems through fact-based, conscious, and quality decision making, promoting best practices across teams.

- Driving programs and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Developing training materials alongside Program/Project Engineering Manager team members to support skill development and process improvement.

This role requires a strong process orientation and results obsession, with proven experience in program/project management. You should have exceptional communication skills across multiple channels and organizational levels, as well as creative problem-solving abilities for complex assignments and situations.
