## Description

Recorded Future is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead Analytics & Data Services within its Intelligence Graph organisation.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-team organisation through engineering managers and technical leads, owning the roadmap for the area and being accountable for delivery, quality, and team health.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a multi-team organisation through engineering managers and technical leads

- Owning the strategy and roadmap for Data Services, Signals & Analytics Framework, and the Analytics Platform

- Building the measurement capability that makes automation trustworthy at scale

- Leading the merger and integration of the Analytics Framework and Signals teams

- Hiring, developing, and retaining engineering managers

The ideal candidate will have around 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, including 3+ years managing managers, and a background as a software engineer in data platforms, distributed systems, or analytics infrastructure.
