## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Bachelor's Tech Intern. This role is designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

As a Bachelor's Tech Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on assigned technical projects, support senior team members, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting senior team members on assigned technical projects as determined by the business unit

- Helping identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing support and suggesting solutions

- Assisting with maintaining and updating hardware, software, and other technical systems

- Participating in team activities by attending team meetings, learning about project methodologies, and collaborating effectively with colleagues

- Actively engaging in learning about new technologies and methodologies relevant to work

- Fulfilling tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner

- Participating in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives

To be successful in this role, you should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, and have familiarity with programming languages or technical tools relevant to the role. You will also need:

- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, C++)

- Strong interest in high-tech and a passion for learning

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Time management skills and working with strict deadlines

- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency
