## Description

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a small team responsible for producing demand forecasting for the Customer Operations area at Capital One. As a Forecasting Lead - Principal Associate, you will lead a small team to cover the production of all forecasts across operations, produce medium and long-term customer demand forecasts for critical contact centre process areas, and oversee the creation of back-office operations forecasts.

You will play a lead role in creating operations budgets and outlook refreshes with Finance, provide compelling advice and recommendations using planning data, models, and insights, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, continually improve forecast quality and accuracy, communicate capacity plan outputs effectively, and ensure efficient resource use.

The ideal candidate will have experience producing forecasts in an operational environment, understanding of complex models, experience coaching and managing a small team, and fantastic stakeholder management skills.
