## Description

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology center in Central and Eastern Europe, located at 6A Dimitrie Pompeiu Blvd, Bucharest. We're building a new team of Senior Business Functional Analysts - Requirements Engineers to drive process automation across Deutsche Bank's operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Carry out process analyses with multiple stakeholders to automate processes

- Create BPM, design data models, and required structured data, write user stories

- Provide input for data usage in technical interfaces for automation and understanding of APIs

- Collaborate with development teams and provide necessary input

- Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data, and implement solutions

- Participate in Go-Live and post-implementation phases

**Requirements:**

- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

- Profound experience with German culture and banking-related processes, such as Garnishment, Insolvency, Lending, Consumer finance, and Investment processes

- Experience as a Business Functional Analyst in IT projects across the entire SDLC

- Practical experience in process modelling and Process Automation Tools: BPMN, Adonis, Camunda; knowledge/experience in data modelling

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows, and solve business problems while ensuring responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
