## Description

This product management role leads the execution of a product roadmap while balancing iterative delivery with regulatory rigor.

You will work with customers, developers, and key stakeholders, use data to inform decisions, contribute to product strategy and go-to-market activities, and present product progress and demos at program milestones.

**Responsibilities**

- Interact with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics.

- Use customer frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done and personas.

- Autonomously analyze situations and data.

- Execute on go-to-market launch plans and contribute to building collateral and marketing materials.

- Directly address customer complaints.

- Lead the execution of a product roadmap for assigned areas.

- Leverage tools to coordinate activities and ensure quality.

- Meaningfully contribute to development and execution of the product strategy.

**Requirements**

- Experience with Payments and Merchant fees

- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments

- Working knowledge of payments, merchant services, or fintech platforms

- Familiarity with PCI compliance, fraud, risk, or chargeback workflows

- Experience with payment channels such as eCommerce, POS, IVR, or electronic check processing

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities

- Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer engagements and work under minimal supervision

**Salary**: U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400
