## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Fintech to cover Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Mauritania. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with fintechs, payment facilitators, merchant aggregators, digital platforms, ISVs, PSPs, and emerging commerce enablers.

The role will focus on driving fintech expansion, accelerating digital commerce, and delivering revenue growth through innovative acceptance and merchant solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing, managing, and deepening relationships with key fintechs and digital banks

- Identifying commercial opportunities and risks, focusing on driving sales and structuring deals to promote growth

- Defending and growing existing account revenue

- Identifying opportunities to expand acceptance in underpenetrated segments

- Collaborating with partners to launch innovative merchant acquiring and acceptance solutions

- Utilizing a consultative sales approach to deliver client-centric solutions

- Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Visa to deliver integrated solutions

- Acting as a thought leader internally and externally for fintech and digital banking

- Representing Visa in client engagements and industry events

- Managing and tracking budgets for specific programs and initiatives

- Supporting scorecard tracking by monitoring KPIs and ensuring timely reporting against targets

- Managing OPEX through spend tracking and optimization

- Supporting ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives

- Identifying and supporting emerging business opportunities

This is a hybrid position.
