## Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will have 10-12+ years of work experience in consulting, delivering S/4HANA implementation projects, with a focus on SAP Controlling.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving full lifecycle implementations with a focus on SAP Controlling

- Leading solution design across cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, margin analysis, project system, and material ledger

- Guiding decision-making on process design, optimization, and controlling integration with other modules

- Ensuring adoption of S/4HANA best practices and simplifications

- Supporting ECC to S/4HANA transition strategies

- Managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in complex environments

- Mentoring and managing SAP consultants

The ideal candidate will have:

- 10-12+ years of SAP experience in Management Accounting processes and configuration

- Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance data model and CO simplifications

- Experience managing complex, large-scale SAP transformation programs

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants

- Experience in bid proposals

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Working hours: full-time (40h)

- Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited

- Language skills: fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus

- Flexibility and willingness to travel: around 25-30% of the time, depending on the project

- A valid work permit is required
