As a Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC), you will be accountable for implementing sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product, consistent with Bayer's compliance standards and applicable legal requirements, for key targeted Health Care Providers (HCPs) and hospital systems within an assigned territory.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Building and developing professional relationships with primary care providers, pharmacy staff, and hospital systems

- Driving appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products

- Leveraging expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges

- Providing strategic and tactical planning input to internal stakeholders

- Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understanding and meeting assigned customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in competitive landscapes

- A proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred qualifications include:

- Advanced degree

- 5 years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales experience

- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and/or menopause disease states

- Product launch experience

- Strong analytical and computer capabilities

- Virtual sales experience

Employees can expect a salary between $124,320.00 - $186,480.00, with additional compensation potentially including a bonus or commission. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
