## Description

## What you'll do

You'll be responsible for the operative planning, organization, and follow-up of events in Germany and abroad. This includes communication and coordination with service providers and internal departments, as well as analysis and evaluation of event results to identify optimization potential.

## What you need

- A study place for Communications, Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Event Management) or a comparable course of study (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master)

- First experiences in organizing events

- Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

- Independent working style and initiative

- Very good communication skills

- Fun working in a team

- Very good German and good English skills (at least B2)
