## Description

In this role, you will lead key activities that drive both your career growth and meaningful impact for healthcare. You will work closely with Rheumatologists and Nephrologists.

Responsibilities:

- Share scientific knowledge and business understanding to support specialist customers and their patient care decisions.

- Understand the reimbursement and distribution landscape, and connect customers to the right resources while following GSK’s guidelines and values.

- Maintain current knowledge of relevant disease areas to ensure meaningful and informed customer engagement.

- Deliver educational programs and training sessions to healthcare professionals.

- Collaborate internally with marketing, payer relations, medical teams, and other functions to align strategies and resources.

- Develop tailored strategies for different customer types within accounts to support overall business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.

- Ability and willingness to travel within the United States, including overnight travel up to 20%.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive regularly as it is essential for this role.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Commitment to working with integrity and in alignment with company values.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with specialty products distributed through buy and bill or specialty pharmacy channels.

- Proven success in working with payer reimbursement managers or market access teams.

- Background calling on specialists such as rheumatologists, nephrologists, or other specialty healthcare providers.

- Knowledge or experience in immunology, nephrology, or related therapeutic areas.

- Experience engaging within integrated health systems or large provider networks.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with a focus on customer service.
