## Description

We are seeking a Customer Consultant (m/f/d) Securities to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive range of investment and precautionary products, with a focus on securities business.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing independent advice to customers on investment and precautionary products

- Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact

- Taking responsibility for caring for customers in one or more branches

- Working closely with branch teams

- Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers on all matters related to securities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds

- A successful commercial education - ideally as a bank clerk or with several years of experience in customer consulting, securities business or sales at a bank

- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions

- Knowledge of economic interrelationships and the capital market
